These meetings, which have accumulated 13 editions in Pamplona, have also been held for the last two years at the Campus that the University of Navarra has in the capital. In addition, the invited experts discussed other topics such as front-of-pack food labeling, the current trend in beverage consumption or the latest trends in community food, especially in school canteens and in the university environment, as well as innovation in gastronomy in hospital diets.
After the various presentations, a time was offered at discussion during which the 45 participants were able to exchange experiences with the speakers and other attendees.
