According to the ranking prepared by the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (MERCO)
The Clínica Universidad de Navarra is the hospital with the best reputation in the attendance healthcare sector, according to the ranking prepared by the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (MERCO) for 2010.
La Clínica has moved up from fifth place in 2009 to third place in this latest measurement, and thus becomes the first Spanish hospital to appear among the top three in the 2010 ranking of best reputation in the field of healthcare attendance carried out by MERCO. The insurance companies Sanitas and Adeslas are the companies in first and second place, respectively.
The Corporate Reputation Business Monitor is an instrument of assessment similar to the one published by Fortune magazine in the United States. Since 1999, MERCO has been measuring the reputation of companies operating in Spain. Ten years later, it is one of the monitors of reference letter in the world thanks to its methodology, as it is the only one in the world with three evaluations and whose results are evaluated by an auditor (KPMG).
MERCO emerged as a university research within the Chair of Professor Justo Villafañe at the Complutense University of Madrid and materialized thanks to agreement between Villafañe & Asociados, group Vocento and Análisis e research.
