The University of Navarra celebrates its Sports Gala
During the ceremony, the most outstanding sportsmen and women in the different disciplines will be recognized and an honorary scholarship will be awarded to the referee Alberto Undiano Mallenco.
The Sports Service University of Navarra will celebrate its traditional Sports Gala this Thursday, April 30. With it will put the finishing touch to the various sports activities of the 2014-2015 academic year and recognize its most outstanding athletes.
Specifically, awards will be given to the students of the sports disciplines graduating this year and to those of the 2015 academic year; to the Trophy winners. Sports Talent ProgramThe Trophy winners President; and the best athlete of 2015 in the male and female categories will be honored. submission Likewise, the University's Sports Honoraryscholarship will be awarded to the international referee Alberto Undiano Mallenco. Susana del Rio, member of the committee of Experts of the European Union, will be in charge of submit the diplomas to the athletes.
During the gala, which will be held at 7.30 p.m. in the Theater of the Museum of the University of Navarra, a video summary of the course will be projected, as well as the video of Sports Talent that will be part of the Erasmus+ AGM+ Program. Along with these projections, there will be several performances such as some Rhythmic Gymnastics choreographies, the performance of the Magician Numis.
The event will be attended by Enrique Maya, Mayor of Pamplona; Iñigo Alli Martínez, Minister of Social Policies of the Government of Navarra; and Pruden Induráin Larraya, director of high school Navarre for Sports and Youth.
