A volume has been published with the introductions and commentaries that the professors of the School of Theology introduced in each volume of the 5 volumes of the Holy Bible of the University of Navarra. The book, of more than a thousand pages, is aimed at facilitating a better knowledge and a deeper reading of the inspired books.

"The project Bible translation and commentary was ambitious and turned out to be quite lengthy. The sum of the five volumes is about 6,500 pages. It is not surprising that, in order to facilitate its handling, the idea arose to publish the introductions and commentaries to each of the books of the Bible in a single manageable and affordable volume," say the researchers who have collaborated in it.

"The commentaries of the Holy Bible edited by researchers of the School privilege the reading of the biblical texts in themselves and in the tradition of the Church - they add -. That is why, normally, each passage of the Bible has an explanation as financial aid to understand the meaning of the text".
