The fundamental goal is to provide students at Degree and postgraduate program with a profound educational experience. Along with the necessary professional and scientific knowledge, it is considered a priority that students develop the qualities that will make them responsible citizens, with depth of thought, a critical spirit and an international perspective, capable of understanding their work as a service to others and to society.
New measures will be put in place for the financing of programs of study, in order to provide more opportunities for access to university. Programmes will also be developed to attract and trainingacademic talent.
Teaching initiatives such as integrated curriculum formulas and service-learning will be promoted, as well as welfare and developmentstaff and in competencies and skills through the mentoring.
The offer professorand trainingwill be renewed on a permanent basis for alumniand other professionals with a continuoustraining programme able to meet the training demands of the different professional sectors.
