From 23 to 27 February, the students of the IV promotion of Master's Degree at programs of study Curatorial visited Madrid to experience the cultural programme and activity generated by ARCO week. "The trip to Madrid was incredible, we visited a great variety of institutions, it was a very intense and enriching few days", says Inma Blanch, student of Master's Degree. "It was very diverse, with very interesting visits," continues Ana Laguna. 

In addition to the ARCO contemporary art fair, they visited the Fundación Juan March, conference room Alcalá 31, Centro Conde Duque, Museo Nacional Reina Sofía, TBA21 Collection, C2M, la Casa Encendida, Matadero Madrid; independent spaces such as OTR and PICNIC, an initiative of Constanza Huerta de Soto, Alumni of the first promotion of Master's Degree; programs of study of artists such as Antonio Ballester and Rosell Meseguer; and the Bergé collection.

The trip has combined the sectorial, institutional and artistic vision, allowing group a balanced diary despite its intensity. ARCO, the main contemporary art fair held in Spain, brings together the leading figures in the sector as well as promote parallel events related to art. 

 "We have been received by artists, curators and directors of the most powerful institutions of the moment. We have learned a lot from all of them", says Blanch. "The visits to ARCO, Matadero and the artists' programs of study were definitive when it came to networking and being able to talk to the artists and learn about their production", adds Laguna.
