Arán Becerra, winner of the 2026 Navarre Biology Olympiad

Arán Becerra, a 11th-grade student high school diploma IES Basoko high school diploma in Pamplona, has won the regional round of the Biology Olympiad. The top two finishers in this regional phase will participate in the national phase of the Biology Olympiad from March 12 to 15, which this year will be held at the University of Cantabria in Santander. The students who obtain the four highest scores in the test will qualify for the test , which this year will take place in Vilnius ( Lithuania) from July 12 to 19. On the other hand, those who finish in 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th place in the national phase will be able to compete in the Ibero-American Biology Olympiad, which will be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from August 30 to September 5.
