The Cima University of Navarra launches an online solidarity store in favor of the research
Helpify Store will allocate 100% of the profits from its first campaign to the search for a vaccine and a COVID-19 diagnostic system.
The Cima University of Navarra has launched the initiative Helpify Storeinitiative, aimed at raising funds through the sale of solidarity products. 100% of the profits obtained with its first campaign will go to the research projects that the center has underway against COVID-19.
In this online store you can find textile products, accessories and stationery for both adults and children. From sweatshirts, hats or backpacks, to jewelry, bags and folders. The store's launch catalog includes the Help us to help collection, which has been designed and produced specifically for this project. The catalog is expected to be expanded over the coming months.
Helpify Store is born as an extension of the crowdfunding platform Helpify, an initiative of Cima that raises funds since 2016 for research projects carried out at the center.
Three projects underway to combat the coronavirusSince the beginning of the health crisis, and with the goal to respond to the urgent health needs that affect society, the Clínica Universidad de Navarra and Cima have launched several projects to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. These solutions are being pursued in three directions. On the one hand, through medium-term research deadline aimed at obtaining a vaccine that can prevent the spread of the disease. On the other hand, through clinical trials based on combinations of existing drugs that can provide an immediate response to the current needs of patients. And finally, through the implementation of a new diagnostic system that will multiply the capacity to perform PCR tests, in order to speed up the progressive return to normality.
