Last Saturday, September 21, delegates from the Territorial Boards of 22 locations in Spain met to celebrate a meeting where they shared experiences, reflected on current challenges and strengthened their commitment to the University of Navarra.
The workshop began with an interview by the president of Alumni, Inés García Paine (COM'93), with Professor Carlos Soria (COM'67 | PHD'72), who presented his latest book "Moments with the Founder". During the conversation, Professor Soria stressed the importance of "rediscovering and delving into the soul of the university, which is what distinguishes the University from so many others".
Next, Iñigo Gutiérrez (TECNUN'98 | PHD'04), director of Alumni, and Fernanda Parias (COM'91), deputy director of Alumni, presented the strategic plan for the year, based on a survey carried out among more than a thousand collaborators. In their speech, both stressed the importance of continuing to consolidate the Alumni network , highlighting the active participation and commitment of the Territorial Boards in this collective effort.
The afternoon was dedicated to a session at work, where delegates were exposed to the improvements made by Alumni for the communication of their events and the delegates also exchanged best practices and addressed the challenges they face in their respective localities.
The day concluded with a few words from Inés García Paine, who invited each of the attendees to live and share the charism of the University of Navarra wherever they are, reinforcing the bond that unites them to their alma mater.
