The Tick&Go team was the winner of the IV edition of FAST TRACK, a program of training and training in entrepreneurial skills of the University of Navarra. A total of 60 students defended their business plans before the jury, which announced the winners by videoconference.

The winning group is formed by Celia Rodríguez Cuadrado (Master's Degree in research and development+i of medicines, MIDI), Daniela Vasquez (Master's Degree in Educational and Psychological Intervention), Borja García Pedrosa (4th Marketing), Rodrigo Coello de Portugal (2nd Governance), Arturo Moya (2nd Industrial Engineering design and development of Product) and Daniella Villalobos (3rd Marketing).

Its project offers a sustainable alternative to printing paper tickets. Tick&Go is an app where the Username can receive their purchase tickets in digital format. The application also allows to organize tickets by date, store, amount... or to track and report on expense.

The second classified team was Swiftly, formed by Ignacio Castro-Mendivil (4th Marketing), Francisco Giganto (2nd Medicine), Josu Miranda (Master's Degree en research Biomedical), Pablo Pérez Ibiricu (4th design), Álvaro Zimeri (4th ADE) and Francisco Miranda (1st Industrial Electronic Engineering). Their proposal is an application that allows restaurants to better manage time and customers. It makes it easier for them to keep track of the bill from their phone, control the cooking process and have each customer pay their portion easily, quickly and comfortably. In addition, it allows restaurants to customize service and optimize their waiters' work .

The two winning teams of this program, organized by Innovation Factory, will participate in a training trip to Israel to learn first-hand about the entrepreneurial ecosystem that characterizes the "startup nation". It will take place when the authorities allow safe travel.

Business plans that can become reality

In addition to these two ideas, the students presented other innovative solutions: emergency systems and alerts from your phone, collaborative platforms between designers and brands, toothpastes that prevent tooth decay, apps that put amateur chefs on contact with people who want to try different food experiences, smart boxes to store and manage medicines, crowdfunding for musicians, platforms to get clothes that fit perfectly to your size, self-locking bicycles, apps that bring together all university services.... Although the program is designed to award two teams, all projects can continue to receive the Innovation Factory's financial aid to develop and become business plans that compete in the market.

For months, the students have worked to create the most innovative idea and the best business plan. During this time they have received training on ideation, canvas models, test market, financial statements, etc. This edition was also characterized by the joint work between the students of campus Pamplona and San Sebastian, as the competition was originally structured. Tecnun also awarded prizes for the best business canvas and explanatory video of the idea at the halfway point of the program. Pharmabox and Dentisani were the winners in the "BIO" category of this first stage. Tick&Go and Bottega were winners in the "Non BIO" category. First and second in each category, they received 1,500 euros and 1,000 euros in technology, respectively.
