In the sixteenth edition of the career guidance conference ,18 companies attended the workshop where they met with more than 250 third and fourth year students.
This workshop is part of the service and employability plan that is carried out with all students of the School of Nursing from their first year of degree program
In addition to receiving sessions tailored to the challenges they are about to face, the senior students have the opportunity to meet with the invited companies. By the end of the workshop , more than 270 interviews had been conducted among the 170 fourth-year students.
"For both companies and students it's a great opportunity. We've been coming for several years and it's a wonderful way to recruit talent; we have more than 40 interviews scheduled for this afternoon. Plus, every year we make ourselves better known." This is how Patricia Mata Herranz from Clínica San Miguel sums up her experience.
On January 27th, the first year nursing students will have their first career guidanceconference , a path that will prepare them to face the interviews of their fourth year classmates in three years.
