This year the club will work on two main initiatives: creating a sustainability guide for students and organizing the 1st Sustainability Week at the University of Navarra, which will take place between November 16 and 20.
"Our goal is that this week will be celebrated every year and will remain a fixed event. We want to inform people that sustainability is not just about climate change, but goes much further," says its president, Milene Pardo-Figueroa, a student at International Office.
development It will be a week in which several experts will talk about energy saving, innovation and sustainability, cooking and nutrition or climate change, focusing on different Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) each day. Workshops have also been organized where attendees will receive guidelines on how to make homemade dyes, take advantage of food and not waste food; or how to exercise with materials that we can find in our own home.
All sessions will be online and those interested can register at the following link. link.
