After studying the Degree in Pharmacy in Salamanca, Esther Pereira moved to Pamplona with the illusion of embarking on a new stage and discovering the world of industry through the Master's Degree of design Galenic and Manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
"During the first ten months we got to know in depth each of the stages, Departments and functions involved in the design and production of drugs. In addition, I had the great fortune to transfer all that knowledge learned to the internship, thanks to the work day by day in the pilot plant of the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition. There, after many hours of effort, I started my End of Degree project Master's Degree ". Thus, Esther confesses that this time was fundamental to acquire a solid base that, later on, facilitated her adaptation to the working world.
However, once the first part of Master's Degree in Pamplona was finished, she started another "even more exciting" and which has given her a great growth both at staff and professional level: the internship period at business, which Esther is doing at area for the production of injectables at Rovi pharmaceutical laboratories in Madrid.
"I have had the opportunity to work in an environment multidisciplinary managing projects, production lines and continuous improvement activities , as well as participating in the training of staff and the elaboration of standardized protocols of work", he explains. From his time at Rovi, he highlights the possibility of experiencing in first person what the manufacturing process of an injectable is like and, above all, the value of work as a team and of each of the people involved in this process from beginning to end.
