A leading figure in the social-health and geriatric care sectors and founder of Inforesidencias, Josep de Martí presented his new publication on May 8 at the University of postgraduate program headquarters in Madrid during an event organized by the Master's Degree design management Hospitality Services.

After teaching postgraduate program courses postgraduate program master postgraduate program in nursing home management and social gerontology, De Martí has compiled nearly two hundred testimonials from directors and students at various geriatric care facilities, ultimately shaping them into a publication that features fifty of them. Through these real-life cases, inspired by everyday situations in the sector, the book invites management teams to reflect, discuss, and develop shared responses to challenges related to leadership, quality of care, relationships with families, rules and regulations management .

During the presentation, the premise of “putting people first” guided the author’s discussion with healthcare professionals and the Master's Degree students Master's Degree attended the presentation.
