The School of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Navarra hosted for the first time the Meetings of the Giornale di Metafisica, a philosophical meeting in which more than 30 experts in the subject from Italy, France and Spain met quotation .

Among others, some of the speakers were Giuseppe Nicolaci (Palermo), who gave an initial lecture ; Virgilio Melchiorre (Milan), who spoke on relationship, participation and transcendence; Claudio Ciancio (Eastern Piedmont), who gave a talk entitled 'The originary relationship: Freedom and Being'; Enrico Guglielminetti (Turin), who spoke on relationship as added; Nicolas Grimaldi (Paris), whose intervention had to do with life, consciousness and time; or Rafael Alvira (Navarra), who participated in a roundtable entitled 'Confrontation of perspective', in which professors Franco Totaro (Macerata), Franco Lo Piparo (Palermo) and Ramon Rodriguez (Madrid) also took part.
