Hexagon and Tecnun sign an agreement partnership agreement to strengthen the University - business relationship within the scope of the Gene Haas Center.

The goal is to collaborate with the training of the student body of the School of Engineering.

Tecnunthe School of Engineering of the University of Navarra, and Hexagon, a leading international company in digitization solutions, reverse engineering and measurement services in industrial environments, have signed an agreement agreement to strengthen the University - business relationship.

In the framework of agreement of partnership already existing between Hexagon and Haas, now, through the present agreement between Hexagon and Tecnun, the aim is to maximize the synergy between the three companies and the promotion of Hexagon's technological solutions both in the Gene Haas Center and in the educational and research areas of Tecnun.

By virtue of the agreement of partnership signed, Hexagon will provide Tecnun with licenses of the ESPRIT CAM software program and a CMM three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, which will be used for demonstration, educational and research purposes within the scope of the Gene Haas Center at Tecnun.

For its part, Tecnun will provide Hexagon with a space within the Gene Haas Center that will serve as a technical and quality control office, from where Hexagon's different technological solutions for the entire production cycle can be presented.

The software and equipment provided by Hexagon will be used by Tecnun students in the field of Advanced Manufacturing subjects of Degrees Engineering in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering design and Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Xavier Mira, Country Manager in Spain of the company, and Raúl Antón, director of the School of Engineering of the University of Navarra, participated in the act of the signature , who have been "very satisfied" with the signature of this new agreement of partnership.
