The Feel & Bike centre in Barañáin collaborates in a work Fin de Master's Degree with the research center in Nutrition of the University.
The medical sports center "Feel&Bike" has initiated a study of research that aims to demonstrate the benefits of weight reduction and improvement of body composition through physical exercise.

The study is part of the work Fin de Master's Degree of Isabel Conejero, a student of the Master's Degree European in Food, Nutrition and Metabolism (E-MENU) of the University of Navarra, and its aim is to goal check if indoor cycling and functional training, guided and directed by professionals, is an appropriate strategy to reduce and control weight.
This subject of initiatives, of great interest for today's society, favor the development of healthy lifestyles, new strategies for the treatment and prevention of diseases such as obesity or diabetes, and improve the quality of life.
Feel&Bike is a sports space specialized in indoor cycling, complemented with functional training and its own medical and nutritional advice. It currently has offices in Barañáin and Madrid.
The research center in Nutrition is an organ of research basic-applied of the University of Navarra, attached to the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition whose goal is the research scientific, oriented to the achievement of products and services, as well as the training of researchers in the area of Nutrition, for which it has a team researcher with a recognized international experience in the field of obesity, overweight and associated diseases.
In this context, the Center has a Metabolomics Unit of Nutritional Intervention for the development of nutritional intervention trials carried out in healthy volunteers, as well as in those who present some metabolic alteration derived from overweight/obesity. These programs of study are carried out according to National and European recommendations and standards.
