"If they don't all row together, the ship sinks. With this simile, María Olloquiegui, a native of Pamplona, explains what cooperative learning means, a methodology that she has summarized and explained in an e-book, which is aimed especially at educators and teachers.

Graduated in Pedagogy and Education Primary from the University of Navarra, María, explains that this methodology consists of learning in small groups in which cooperation is necessary, "in this way, group success depends on all members acquiring academic and social objectives".

The book, graduate "El aprendizaje cooperativo. Un resource para conocerlo mejor" is part of her work Fin de Degree, and originated from Maria's interest in creating interactive materials. "Last year I really enjoyed the subject design of the training online. When my tutor, Román Luzán, approached me with the possibility of creating a material on another topic of my choice instead of researching about creating materials, I loved the idea and found it a challenge nice and interesting." From that moment on, recalls María, she opted for cooperative learning, topic which she learned about from subject Learning Mathematics.

Maria recalls that the process of editing the book "has been intense" with distance tutorials. However, she is sample happy with result, since along the way and despite not having had access to as much biography as she would have liked, she has learned to use other tools for its creation.

After five years studying at the School from Education and PsychologyAfter five years studying at the University, María is considering her professional future within the classroom, but she also envisions one linked to the field of pedagogy, especially in its application in museums. "Throughout the degree program I have been discovering pedagogy and I really like this field. I also did an internship at the Museo Universidad de Navarra creating interactive materials about the main artists in the collection at the time."

Looking back, María highlights from her university experience the "good work, knowing how to work in a team and the illusion to do things well", while sending a committee to those who start and resume the programs of study next September. "I would tell them to take advantage of all the resources that the University puts at their disposal, and to squeeze the most valuable of all: the people. The tutors, professors, staff of the School...everyone is always willing to lend you a hand and share experiences that can lead you to a world you didn't know before".
