Graham Shantz graduated from Economics at Goshen College and completed a Master's Degree in Foreign Affairs at Carleton University. He was appointed Canada's Ambassador to Spain and Andorra in 2009. He previously held various positions in the leadership of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in Canada.
