Ceit will participate in Rail Live 2025, one of the most relevant international meetings of the railway sector, which will take place from 26 to 28 November at IFEMA Madrid. The technology center will be present at stand C082, where it will present the advances developed in the framework of the Europe's Rail program.

Innovation applied to rolling stock and infrastructure

Ceit will showcase a set of technological solutions that reinforce its commitment to the modernization of European railroads and the creation of smarter and more robust systems. These include an on-board system for the digitization of freight wagons, equipped with connectivity capabilities, real-time positioning and automatic failure analysis, including early detection of wheel defects.

The center will also show a motor integrated in the rolling axle and an automatic driving simulator aimed at the development and validation of autonomous operation algorithms.

Monitored infrastructure and advanced manufacturing

In the field of infrastructure, Ceit has developed a track turnout monitoring system based on physical models that allows for more accurate failure prediction and maintenance planning.

It will also present additive manufacturing applications for critical components such as rails and wheels, which open up new possibilities in repair, functional design and reduced manufacturing times. Finally, it will show a multi-connectivity platform that enables vehicle-infrastructure communication, a core topic for future railway operation.

Ceit invites industry professionals to visit stand C082 to learn first-hand how its developments contribute to a more efficient, connected and sustainable railroad.
