Julia San Segundo Santafé and Pablo Aguinaga Latasa, the university's new delegates

Julia San Segundo Santafé and Pablo Aguinaga Latasa, both from Pamplona, have been elected delegate and deputy delegate, respectively, of the University of Navarra for the 2026–27 academic year. Representatives from the university’s 15 Schools , and schools participated in the vote.

Julia is a senior studying law at the University of Pamplona ( Degree ). “I ran for office to help others and dedicate myself to them. Being a student representative is a service,” she says. During her time at the university, she has participated in the Legal Thought Club and various sports activities. As a student representative, she wants to leverage the synergies between Pamplona and San Sebastián to “unify all the Schools” and uphold the approach and goals of the university’s former student representatives at position.

Pablo is a junior at the University of the Basque Country ( Degree ), studying Artificial Intelligence Engineering. “We’re going to do everything we can—with patience and a smile,” he says. During his time at the university, he has volunteered at the University of the Basque Country Student Center ( campus ) in San Sebastián, leading guided tours for families and helping with various sports activities. “We want students to feel that the university is their own, ” he says.
