Roberto Cabezas, once again named Spain's No. issue 1 HR Influencer

Roberto Cabezas Ríos, director , development , Corporate Programs Manager at the Professional Programs Unit (UPP) of the University of Navarra, ranks first in Spain on GOintegro’s 2026 HR Influencers ranking, which recognizes the most influential professionals in the field of human resources in Spain and Latin America. Cabezas had already achieved this position in the 2024 edition.
The ranking is based on votes cast by industry professionals themselves. In his acceptance speech, Cabezas emphasized that he views this recognition, above all, as a responsibility: the responsibility to help others think and see things differently in a time marked by noise and haste. He also reiterated an idea he often champions: “People are the best strategy.”
Through Corporate Programs, Cabezas designs and promotes the University’s corporate “ training ” programs, tailored to the needs of businesses. Previously, he directed Career Services and the “ business ” Foundation at the University of Navarra. He is also a lecturer and contributes as a columnist to publications such as Diario de Navarra.
