The MOSAIC-PLEXUS Workshop was held in Buenos Aires (Argentina).
Nearly one hundred researchers in substructural logic participated in the meeting .

From September 10 to 12, the second workshop of those programmed by the PLEXUS project was held at the IAM (Instituto Argentino de Matemática) of CONICET in Buenos Aires. PLEXUS PROJECT. This meeting graduate MOSAIC-PLEXUS Workshop was organized in partnership with the European project MOSAIC. Modalities in Substructural Logics: Theory, Methods and Applications.
The main goal of this meeting was to foster the partnership between researchers of both projects and to promote communication and cooperation with members of related fields. In particular, it sought to integrate the different approaches to substructural logic. With the desire to bring together scholars who research substructuralism in a broad sense and from diverse perspectives, this meeting aims to develop existing collaborations and create new interdisciplinary research groups, sharing recent results, methods and objectives. The meeting also had as another of its main objectives to present the multiple perspectives from which substructural logic has been approached over the years, from the most traditional approaches to the most recent theoretical developments and applications.
The invited speakers at the Workshop were Verónica Borja Macías (Universidad Tecnológica de la Mixteca, Mexico), Luca Carai (Università degli Studi di Milano Statale, Italy), Marcelo Coniglio (Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Brazil), Paula Menchón (Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina), Francesco Paoli (Università degli Studi di Cagliari, Italy) and Paula Teijeiro (Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina).
The organizing committee of the Workshop was composed of members of both projects: Eduardo Barrio (CONICET-SADAF, UBA), Eliana Franceschini (CONICET-SADAF, UBA), Juan Manuel Gagino-Di Leo (UBA), Daniel Grimaldi (UBA), Ricardo Rodriguez (UBA), Mariela Rubin (CONICET-SADAF, UBA), Alejandro Solares-Rojas (CONICET-UBA), Damián Szmuc (CONICET-SADAF, UBA).
