18 students of the specialization program in Hospital Engineering of the Research Training Program (RTP) and of the Facilities and Energy Section of the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra made a visit visit to the facilities of the Clinic. There they learned about the hot and chilled water production systems in the building, as well as the water management , the operating rooms and the pump rooms, among other facilities.

 

On the other hand, a dozen students of the RTP's specialization program in Fire Safety held a theoretical session and another internship on fire extinguisher handling. Both were given by Javier Mingajos, from Joyfesa, a firefighting material business .

The Research Training Program (RTP) is a set of activities to introduce Architecture and Engineering students at Building to the research and teaching university. It is the only Spanish school that offers this program, which is conducted in English and comprises 100 hours of work from student plus others dedicated to training.
