ISEM's FBA kicked off its XXIII edition with a clear message: the fashion business is a people business.

Last Friday began a new promotion of the Executive Master in Fashion Business Administration (FBA) of ISEM. The classroom 1 of the University of Navarra in Madrid was filled with enthusiasm with students who, for the most part, already combine their professional degree program with this specialized training .

The course was opened position Marta Torregrosa, dean of ISEM, who thanked the participants for their confidence in the school and shared her enthusiasm for accompanying them on this journey. She stressed that the FBA is a business program, but above all a people program, and explained that the training is based on three fundamental pillars: industry, business and creativity. He recalled that fashion has something to do with enjoyment and play, and that the passion that moves those who come to this sector makes it a deeply human field.

In this regard, Torregrosa pointed out the need to understand the strategy and the business without losing sight of the consumer: a demanding public, with specific tastes and sometimes unfaithful. For her, the challenge is not only to think in strategic terms, but to understand the particularities of the customer and place him at the center of every decision.

She also highlighted the value of belonging to the University of Navarra, an institution that shares the conviction that it is worthwhile to bet on people with curiosity and desire to learn. His speech emphasized the value of commitment and effort, and invited the students to be demanding of themselves, both in their work and in the case studies. "He who gives the most, gets the most," he said, encouraging them to make the most of this opportunity.

Finally, he wanted to leave a central idea: the greatest value that companies are looking for today is professionals who are able to work with other people. "If you know how to find your place and, at the same time, leave room for others, that's where success lies. The FBA is a springboard to achieve this."

After the intervention of the dean Silvia Pérez Bou, academic director of the program, she highlighted the value of the Master's Degree as an experience of staff and professional growth. Later, it was the turn of the students, who introduced themselves one by one, sharing their trajectories and expectations. The profile the group showed a great diversity, with professionals who combine their programs of study with work.

The session concluded with the presentation of the ISEM team, which will accompany the students on this journey. The atmosphere at the end of the workshop reflected enthusiasm and commitment, with the certainty that the FBA will be a space to grow in knowledge, strategy and, above all, in the most important value for this sector: people.
