Two teams. Multiple experiences. Eight students from School recently traveled to Los Angeles and Norway to participate in two case competitions, a team tournament on business cases. Ignacio Elías (6th ADE + Law), Amaya Vizmanos (5th Economics + Law), Íñigo Alonso (4th Economics + Leadership and Governance) and Elisa Diego (3rd ADE + General Management) did so at the University of Southern California; at the framework of the USC Marshall International Case Competition. "It is both a good fortune and a responsibility", as Amaya says, "Now it is up to us to pass on what we have learned to other students so that they can leave the University of Navarra's mark in many places", she points out. A trip to the business world of 9,356 kilometers condensed into eight days, with twenty universities. A bet of the School, as all agree, that goes far beyond the classroom. "It is a privilege to be part of a university that promotes these experiences," says Iñigo.

award best spirit of competition

At almost the same time, Carmen Landa, Javier Calavia, Alejandra Ibañez and Teresa Zubeldia, all fifth-year Economics + Leadership and Governance students, traveled to Norway for the BI International Case Competition (BICC) of the Handelshøyskolen BI . "We have met people from eleven countries with very enriching cultures and points of view," says Alejandra. They took home the award for the best spirit of the competition. "Initiatives like these bring you closer to the reality of working life, help you understand why we want to dedicate ourselves to the world of consultancy service and also give you a good understanding of the inner workings of companies," she says. After all, these are experiences that open your mind and that in a little more than ten days you will be able to experience at campus. At UNICC, which has been held at campus since 2013.
