Alfredo Martínez receives the award for his professional career at the congress NUTRIMAD 18

Alfredo Martínez, Full Professor of Nutrition of the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition of the University of Navarra and researcher of research center at network CIBEROBN, has received the award to the professional career of greatest scientific relevance during the congress NUTRIMAD2018. This congress, held in Madrid, was organized by the CEU San Pablo University and the Spanish Society of Community Nutrition (SENC).
Around 500 scientists and health professionals participated in the meeting , with around 130 presentations by Spanish and international experts from 18 different countries, belonging to more than 80 institutions.
During four days, new research was presented and discussions were held on nutrition and some of the issues that most concern the population in the areas of food, nutrition and sustainability.
Professor Martínez, director scientific research center in Nutrition at the University of Navarra, has been part of various projects research in CIBEROBN, as PREDIMED-Plus, DIOGENES, NUGENOB, FOOD4ME, etc..
