Mikel Pérez Cobos won last weekend the bronze medal in the Spanish Taekwondo Championship Under 21, losing in the semifinals against Daniel Quesada, Junior World Champion in 2012. With this result the university taekwondist confirms the good trajectory he is maintaining this season, since in December he also won the bronze medal in the Spanish Club Championship in Junior category.

In addition, in women's wrestling, Maialen Guelbenzu won second place in the Spanish Olympic Wrestling Championship in San Blas (Madrid), which hosted the Spanish Olympic Wrestling Championships in the junior and school categories.

The expedition of the Burlada Wrestling Club represented the Community of Navarra with a total of 9 wrestlers in both categories, winning 7 metals in total (4 golds, 2 silvers and 1 bronze).
