The University and Banco Santander reinforce their partnership partnership with the signature of a new agreement to promote scholarship and grant programs.

The University of Navarra and Banco Santander have signed a agreement of partnership that includes the development of several programs to strengthen access to a quality universityEducation , the promotion of research and entrepreneurship and the improvement of employability.
The agreement is valid for two years. Through this agreement, Banco Santander will contribute 925,000 euros each year to the University of Navarra, which will be materialized in the development of different programs that will benefit 914 students. The projects are framed in five areas: favoring the mobility of the students; study grants, grants to the research (pre- and post-doctoral), employability and professional internships and entrepreneurship programs.

Since then, the institution has provided the academic center with nearly 20 million euros to finance scholarships and grants for various programs aimed at promoting Education, employability and entrepreneurship.
The event took place in the University's Degrees hall and was presided over by president María Iraburu and Matías Rodríguez Inciarte, president of Santander Universities and vice-president of Universia. María Iraburu thanked the financial institution for all these years of partnership and valued its trust and commitment to the University and its students. For his part, Rodríguez Inciarte emphasized his admiration for this University both at professor and research and recalled that Santander's partnership agreements with universities seek to have the greatest positive impact on people and now "we want to extend the spectrum of those who benefit from these agreements".
