As every year, ISEM Fashion Business School attends the IFFTI Conference 2019 as a member of this association. The International Foundation of Fashion Technology Institutes (IFFTI) is a association which, since 1998, brings together leading universities and fashion schools around the world such as the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) in Paris or the London College of Fashion in London. The main goal is the partnership and the establishment of synergies between schools, as well as their cooperation in the professionalization of the sector in their countries.
Leonor Silva, manager of International Office of ISEM, has participated as a member of the Industry sub-committee. Silvia Pérez Bou, academic director of The Right Product, was involved in the Research sub-committee. Both have represented ISEM Fashion Business School in this IFFTI lecture , held in Manchester from 8 to 12 April, and whose topic this year has been Fashion:ID.
