"Remember what we have repeated so many times on class: Hard work always beats talent, when talent does not work hard. You can be talented professionals, but talent does not work by itself, you have to nurture and enhance it, through work and effort". This is what Professor Julio Cifrián said in the master class he gave to the students of the third promotion of Degree in management Applied who graduated on Saturday, June 8.

The academic ceremony was presided over by Victoria Rodríguez, director of the School; Mª Carmen Erviti, deputy director of academic staff and Office of Academic Affairs; Susana Aulestiarte, General Manager; Antonio María Fernández, director of development; and Julio Cifrián himself, professor and sponsor of the graduating class.

Before a classroom Magna full of family and friends who accompanied the students, Julio Cifrián remarked that professional life begins the moment they graduate: "You are all going to start from today. You have no other choice, you all have a business in your hands: yourselves. And you all have a brand, your name and surname, and every step you take will constitute your reputation, how you want to pass through the world and how you want others to see you".

After her speech, Marta Luzán, on behalf of her classmates, offered a few words of thanks and recalled some of the most special moments experienced during the four years of degree program. She emphasized to her classmates the words that María José Razkin, coordinator of the fourth year, has pointed out to them during their last year: "Companies are waiting for us and it is in our hands to make them a little better. From today, we have the opportunity to leave our mark and mark our differential value, that which belongs to each of us and which we have built together at the University.

Victoria Rodríguez, director of ISSA School of Applied Management, was in charge of closing the academic ceremony, after submission , but not before thanking the families for the trust they placed in the University of Navarra for their children's training . In his message he reminded the recent graduates that they, as graduates of Degree in management Applied, have a great responsibility: "The management involves making decisions that impact not only on the success of a business, but also in the lives of the people who are part of it. That is why I encourage them to always remember the importance of acting with ethics, empathy and social responsibility."
