ROSALIA BAENA

Rosalía Baena Molina (Puente Genil, Córdoba) is a lecturer in English Philology.

PhD from the University of Salamanca. She has carried out research stays at the University of Toronto, the University of British Columbia (Vancouver), Hofstra University (New York) and Boston College. Her research interests include questions of cultural identity in contemporary narrative in English language , as well as the emotional and ethical impact of literature.

At the University she has been director of committee of Humanities, director of department of Philology and dean of School of Humanities and Social Sciences from 2012 to 2020. She is married and mother of 4 children.
