career guidance ’s Executive Program (PEOP) has established itself as the strategic bridge between the classrooms at postgraduate program and the biotech and healthcare sector. Through the experience shared by mentors and their practical advice, this program financial aid helps student body gain a deep understanding of the realities of the industry and broaden their perspective on the professional world, connecting them directly with active industry leaders.
The School of Pharmacy and Nutrition has launched the “ career guidance ” Executive Program (PEOP) for three of its degree programs at postgraduate program. This initiative not only aims to enhance students’ career prospects but also to provide them with direct immersion in the industry; thanks to the experiences, recommendations, and practical insights shared by professionals, student body students gain a better understanding of the dynamics of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and broaden their perspective on the various opportunities available in the professional world.
As part of this strategic focus, the University-Master's Degree e in Pharma-Biotech Business Management is launching the second edition of this training program at its Madrid campus. Following the success of the first edition, the initiative has established itself as a key core topic component of the Study program , designed to introduce students to the executive and operational management of organizations in the sector.
For its part, the program takes another step forward in its implementation by expanding for the first time to two new graduate programs: the “Master's Degree ” (Master’s in Pharmaceutical Innovation and Drug Development) at research, development , and the “MIDI” (Master’s in Drug Innovation) program, as well as the “Master's Degree ” (Master’s in Galenic Science and Manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical Industry) at design . This program builds on a solid academic track record and a broad network network of institutional relationships developed over the course of its various cohorts.
Through these mentoring sessions and networking events, working professionals share their experience, time, and global perspective with the younger generations. The launch of these conference marks the beginning of a phase of hands-on learning and strategic guidance aimed at helping young talent enter the job market.
