The School of Pharmacy and Nutrition of the University of Navarra has made public the Extraordinary Awards to the best records that finish their programs of study, both Degree and doctorate. María Javier Ramírez, dean of the School, emphasized that this is "a recognition of effort and work at a time when the health professions have become more necessary than ever".
On this occasion, the recognition by the Degree in Pharmacy has gone to Miguel Angel Galdeano, who currently works as a pharmacist attachment and completes his training in the field of parapharmacy.
For the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, the School has recognized Irene Marín, who studied the Double Degree in Pharmacy and Nutrition, and combines the work in a pharmacy office and with the Master's Degree of Computational Methods in the School of Sciences.
Carlos Rodríguez, on the other hand, has received the accredited specialization after having studied the doctoral program Medicines and Health. He completed the thesis under the direction of María Blanco and Patrick Couvreur, and is currently on a two-year post-doctoral stay at the University of Geneva.
