He committee of Experts from the Labor Relations Observatory of the University of Navarra – Labormatters Abogados presented to the Minister of Inclusion, Security and Migration, Elma Saiz , a series of reform proposals in the field of Labor Law , specifically referring to temporary and permanent disabilities, which were addressed in the I workshop of study and update in Labor Law and the Social Security Observatory, which was held recently.
He meeting took place at the headquarters of postgraduate program from the University in Madrid. The committee management presented to the minister the main lines of work of the Observatory and then addressed, among other proposals, the management business of temporary disability, to its administrative control, to the reformulation of the concept of permanent disability or to the compatibility of temporary and permanent disabilities with the work on one's own or another's behalf.
Another of the main objectives of the meeting was to put at the service of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration the tools of research , training and knowledge dissemination from the Labor Relations Observatory of the University of Navarra-Labormatters Abogados.
He meeting was coordinated by the dean of the University's School of Law , Mercedes Galán Lorda .
