The event kicked off with a session position Álvaro González Alorda, a renowned expert in leadership and management. Under the degree scroll "How to build an extraordinary degree program ", the lecture was especially aimed at those who are starting a new vital and professional stage.
Alorda emphasized that inspiration is the engine of real and lasting change, as opposed to incentives. "You have to learn to inspire," she noted, highlighting this as one of the essential tasks of leadership.
Throughout the session, he broke down ideas from his book "Cabeza, Corazón y Manos" (Head, Heart and Hands), emphasizing the three responsibilities of a leader, among which he cited self-development as the most important, based on a careful and grounded strategy. He stressed the need for consistent intellectualper diem expenses -asking the question: "What will you be like in 100 books?" - and a sense of purpose that guides and gives strength to whatever one proposes.
After the training session, the alumni enjoyed a cocktail party at to reconnect. This informal space was the perfect framework for attendees to share experiences, catch up on their projects and, of course, renew group photos.
