Twelve University master's degrees are among the best in Spain, according to the 'ranking' of 'El Mundo'.

Twelve master's degrees from the University of Navarra are among the best in Spain, according to the latest ranking published by El Mundo. The study ranks the best postgraduate programs in the country, among more than a thousand degrees offered by universities, companies and other Spanish institutions.

Of the twelve master's degrees at the University of Navarra included this year, four occupy first place in their fields: the Master's Degree in research, development and Innovation of Medicines, which once again leads the specialization program in Pharmacy. The study highlights the 100% employment rate of this program in leading pharmaceutical companies, the Spanish Medicines Agency and research centers. 

The Master's Degree in Political and Corporate Communication also remains the first in its category. This is a program in which all classes and activities take place in Washington for one month, thanks to an agreement with the Graduate School of Political Management of the George Washington University. In addition, students spend a week in Brussels and carry out an internship for three months. 

In the case of Fashion Business Administration taught by ISEM University of Navarra, the study focuses on the origin of their teachers, "from prestigious schools worldwide such as IESE, Harvard or Insead" or executives of renowned fashion companies; and the Master's Degree in Educational and Psychological Intervention, which stands out for its practices in partnership with several Departments of the Clínica Universidad de Navarrathe Neurosciences area of the CIMAthe University of Navarra Museum and other institutions. 

In second place are the Master's Degree in Tax advisory service , in the Tax and Fiscal Law category, and IESE's Master's Degree in Management.

The postgraduate courses in Personnel Management Service in Organizations, offered by the School of Economics; and the Master's Degree in Architectural Theory and design , offered by the School of Architecture of the School of Architectureranked third in their categories.

In fourth place is the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and in fifth place are: the Master's Degree in Curatorial programs of study , offered by the Museo Universidad de Navarra, the Master's Degree in Biomedical research and the Master's Degree in Banking and Financial Regulation. 

IESE: international approach , global leadership training and networking

El Mundo also includes an MBA guide , in which it ranks IESE as one of the best business schools in the country. The report notes that IESE's MBA has been recognized this year as the third best in the world and the first in Europe, according to the Financial Times global ranking, and was ranked the second best in Europe by Bloomberg Businessweek in 2024. 

With these data, the ranking values the international approach of the program, with 90% international students, as well as IESE's commitment to diversity and the training of global leaders and its networking capacity thanks to its extensive community of more than 60,000 alumni. 

"This year, the program celebrated its 60th anniversary: it was the first in Europe with a full-time format, inspired by the American model , since it was born under the direct guidance of Harvard Business School. That link was formalized in the Harvard-IESE committee , which still today maintains a strategic academic partnership that is unique in Europe," the study highlights. IESE currently has campus in Barcelona, Madrid, Munich, New York and Sao Paulo.
